Covid-19

Below is information about how QPK is managing practice with Covid-19 out in the world. If you have any questions, please get in touch. The health and safety of my clients (and myself) is important to me! (Last updated Mar 2025)

Currently all sessions are virtual, however at some point there may again be the option for face-to-face sessions.

Any clients who wish to cancel or postpone a session due to Covid-19 (diagnosed or otherwise) are encouraged to do so, and will not be charged any cancellation fee.

If face-to-face sessions become an option again, the following additions have been made to the counselling space. There is now a) a heat pump and / or windows which can be opened; b) a HEPA-grade air filter, and c) a C02 monitor. Additionally, masks are available and encouraged to be worn. Hand sanitiser (fragrance-free) is available in the office at all times, and use of this is also encouraged.

Dee has been vaccinated against covid and continues to receive regular boosters. They choose to mask in all indoor settings.
