I am not currently accepting new clients (former clients are always welcome to get back in touch). Those who are looking for mental health support can search in the NZ counsellor directories here, here or here for someone more immediately available, or access the New Zealand support lines and support websites listed. (May 2026)
Session times are on the following days:
- Tuesdays 2:30pm – 8:30pm (last appointment starts 7:30pm)
- Thursdays 12pm – 7pm (last appointment starts 6pm)
- Saturdays 11am – 4:30pm (last appointment starts 3:30pm)

QPK Counselling is based on Auckland’s North Shore.

Notes:
- Enter the office through the ranch slider immediately in front of the parking spaces.
- The building and office are accessible if using a wheelchair.
- There is a gender-neutral and accessible toilet on site.
